It’s time to send in your entry for this year’s Deloitte Top 200 Diversity Leader Award!
Now in its third year, the award provides Top 200 organisations an opportunity to showcase their diversity narratives, including the innovative thinking that has enabled greater diversity across their business.
The award is also part of an important effort to fast track a New Zealand growth economy that is fully enabled by diverse and inclusive leadership, as we create organisations, leadership teams and governance groups that reflect the diverse society we live in.
Entering your organisation
The award is open to all companies in the Deloitte Top 200 and Top 30 Financial Institutions lists.
Applications are judged on their innovative solutions to diversity and inclusion challenges, including issues of gender diversity and diversity more broadly.

About the awards
The Deloitte Top 200 Awards were established in 1990 and are held annually to recognise and applaud outstanding individual and management team performances among New Zealand’s largest companies and trading organisations.
Global Women proudly worked with Deloitte to establish the Diversity Leader Award in 2014. Former Global Women Chair Dame Jenny Shipley said that the award will “ignite change by encouraging organisations to look deeply into their talent pool and increase diversity across their business, recognising the advantages of diversity and inclusion to their business performance.”
The inaugural winner of the Diversity Leader Award was BNZ, with Westpac receiving the gong in 2015.
