As the Programme Manager for the Breakthrough Leaders Programme and Activate Leadership Programme, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of both initiatives. My role involves participant support, logistics, evaluation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring each programme runs seamlessly and remains impactful. Additionally, I act as the primary liaison between these programmes and Global Women, maintaining clear communication and alignment with the wider organisation.
With a background in the arts, event production, and sales management, I bring experience in kaupapa Māori spaces and a deep passion for operationalising great ideas. My approach is rooted in a strong bias for execution and delivery—finding the sweet spot between creativity, problem-solving, and getting things done.
