Dellwyn is passionate about gender equality and wants to amplify the voice of young women as New Zealand moves to more equitable outcomes for all its people and embraces the changes that will face us this century. Dellwyn is currently leading the YWCA in Auckland and as founder, growing the Women’s Fund movement in NZ.
Dellwyn regularly shares her unique perspective and well-informed opinions on social issues, innovations and trends as a member of RNZ’s , with other media and at events.
She has 30 year’s experience in corporate and private business, and in latter year’s has specialised in philanthropy. She has led a family foundation -the Stevenson Foundation, a community foundation – the Auckland Foundation, and a major charity – Cure Kids. Among her governance roles she has served on the Board of Philanthropy NZ.
