She joined PwC New Zealand in 2008 to establish and grow the Auckland internal audit and governance, risk and compliance practice, leading the team nationally until recently. She enjoys working with organisations who look to continually improve and contemporise their businesses, and who expect their internal audit, risk and compliance functions to be in step to deliver optimal value through the change. It follows that many of these organisations are rethinking their operating models, and she has worked with them through the spectrum of initial adoption of agile practices right the way to the implementation of totally new ways of working and operating models.
