Pippa Grey is an accomplished leader with over 20 years’ experience in management, governance, and business development across professional services, finance, construction, and consulting. As Business Development Director at Dentons Kensington Swan, she drives growth strategy, leads high-performing teams, and connects New Zealand with global expertise. Pippa also serves on the Board of North Harbour Rugby Union and contributes to Chapter Zero New Zealand, influencing both community sport and climate governance. Known for mentoring and empowering others, she is passionate about advancing women in leadership and creating pathways for diverse talent to thrive across sectors.
