Pippa Grey is an accomplished leader with over 20 years’ experience in management, governance, and business development across professional services, finance, construction, and consulting. Prior to joining Global Women, she was Business Development and Marketing Director at global law firm Dentons. In that role she was accountable for driving the growth strategy, leading high-performing teams, and connecting New Zealand with global insights and expertise. Pippa also serves on the Board of North Harbour Rugby Union and is part of the Chapter Zero New Zealand Working Group, influencing both community sport and climate governance. Known for mentoring and empowering others, she is passionate about advancing women in leadership and creating pathways for diverse talent to thrive across sectors.
