Global Women Member Silvana Schenone has been named as the NZ Dealmaker of the year at the Australasian Law Awards!

As the Head of Corporate and a Partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, this prestigious awards recognises her exceptional work as an M&A and ECM lawyer, and her deal-making and advising in highlights such as:

  • Infratil on the takeover approach from AustralianSuper for NZD5.4 billion;
  • Essity on its full takeover of Asaleo for AUD788m;
  • Refining NZ on its ongoing major company restructure; and
  • LIC on the divestment of their automation business.
