As Chief Executive Officer, Jolie is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and management of Spark New Zealand, through its various business divisions and the brands that provide digital services to millions of New Zealanders and thousands of New Zealand businesses.
Jolie joined Spark in 2013 as Spark Chief Financial Officer, playing a pivotal part in re-orienting the business from a ‘telco’ to a ‘digital service provider’, securing its return to growth in 2016. In 2016 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spark Digital, Spark’s ICT services division delivering digital solutions to a wide range of New Zealand business and government clients. Following Spark’s 2018 transition to Agile, Jolie was appointed Customer Director for Spark. She replaced Simon Moutter as CEO in July 2019.
In 2016 she won ‘CFO of the Year’ at the Deloitte Top 200 Business Awards.
Prior to joining Spark, she held a number of executive roles for Lion Group Australia over a period of 12 years. Her career started with Deloitte’s audit division. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
