Ireen Rahiman-Manuel

Founder and Director, Impactdev360

Ireen is the Founder and Director of Impactdev360 Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in design and planning, impact measurement, and working within the development sector in Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, and 14 Pacific Island Countries.

Ireen has specialist skills in thoughtful leadership and has taken lead roles in the development of numerous national strategic and implementation plans which includes work in planning and policy development, sector strengthening, regional alignment and standardization of practice, and societal wellbeing. She has extensive experience in leading large and complex strategic programmes of work in dynamic settings and across many sectors.

As a strategist, trusted advisor, and international development consultant, Ireen advises and supports governments, international agencies, non-profits, governance boards, and corporations on specific projects or programmes of development for large population transformational activities.

She has vast experience and qualifications in cross-cutting issues and themes, good governance, change management, monitoring & evaluation, impact evaluations, benefits realisation, risk management, information analytics and information systems, digital transformation projects, sector transformation, identifying service gaps, reporting, facilitation, and using various frameworks and methodologies to assess impact.

Ireen embraces programmes that are focused on indigenous communities, mothers, and children.

She fluently speaks Fiji Hindi, India Hindi, English, and mixed conversational Fijian dialects.

Ireen holds a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning degree from the University of Canterbury and a Masters in International Development from Massey University, New Zealand.
