Desiree is a foundation member of the Sysdoc group, a global consulting company with operations in NZ, UK, US and Australia. The Sysdoc contribution to the major transformation programmes of its clients is highly regarded and Sysdoc is cited as an industry leader in business process-led transformation.
As a key member of the global board and leadership team she plays a major part in leading the company’s business operations globally, executing Sysdoc’s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide.
Her experience in senior management and consulting includes in depth programme and project management, business process improvement, change management and business transformation.
She is passionate about people and driven to provide an outstanding work environment for all consultants regardless of gender, culture and personal circumstances.
Desiree is the mother of two children, Hannah (16) and Sophie (14), she is the founder of the Pump Up the Volume charity to support children with Type 1 Diabetes and is a mentor for the Auckland University Women’s Mentoring Programme.
In 2012, Desiree attended the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School where she completed the Advanced Management and Leadership Programme. This very exciting programme allowed her to adopt a fresh leadership perspective and apply it to her role in Sysdoc.
