The annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Impact Report shows the progress made by the Champions for Change in achieving their shared goal of a 40:40:20 gender balance.

Moreover, the report reveals the opportunities that all organisations in Aotearoa can harness for a more prosperous, gender-inclusive future.

Times of crisis present an opportunity. As we emerge from the shadow of Covid-19, this year’s report reveals another economic opportunity for diversity: the equal participation of women in the workforce as a potential answer to the talent crisis.

In doing so, Global Women estimates it could inject a $20-$40bn boost into our economy. This is something that we believe — with swift gender-parity action — is achievable.

We invite you to join us.
