Vivien is the current Chair of Auckland Theatre Company and a Tertiary Education Commissioner – both through periods of once-in-a-generation change.
Over the course of her career, Vivien’s leadership has been characterised by leading “firsts”, blazing a trail for other Māori women in Pākehā male-dominated leadership spaces and catalysing positive change for the disadvantaged.
