Rachel Callaghan has been a lawyer for over 30 years, spending her time in London, Sydney and New Zealand. Rachel spent the first part of her career as a corporate lawyer before moving into media, infrastructure, energy and tech companies. Rachel is now back in New Zealand after 20 years in London and is General Counsel and Company Secretary for MediaWorks, where she is the Executive Sponsor of the newly established MediaWorks Women’s Network
Rachel has been involved in women’s networks and D&I initiatives for the past ten years in London and New Zealand, helping establish women networks and rolling out D&I programmes in the businesses she has worked in.
