Justine Smyth is the Chair of Spark NZ, Chair of Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and Co-Chair of Champions for Change.and. She is also an active investor in Small Medium Enterprises. Former governance roles include being a director of Auckland International Airport Ltd, a Board member of the Financial Markets Authority and Deputy Chair of NZ Post.
Her background is in business management and finance being a former partner at Deloitte and Group Finance Director at Lion Nathan.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants NZ and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
