Andrea is a co-founder and co-CEO of Catapult. Catapult is a leadership consultancy, and is certified climate positive and a B-Corporation.
Andrea is a leadership expert with over 30 years’ experience. She runs the Sustainability Leadership Programme in partnership with SBC, co-created the Public Health Leadership Programme, and has custom-designed leadership development programmes for many of NZ’s leading organisations.
Andrea specialises in facilitating systems change, with a specific focus on sustainability. Recent examples include the Construction Sector Accord’s environment work stream to create a roadmap for transforming the sector’s environmental impacts, and national hui on climate change and biodiversity.
Andrea is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School (Adaptive Leadership), Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, and Victoria University of Wellington (LLB Hons).
She is the co-author of Leaders Like You – a book of interviews with 24 New Zealand leaders.
