My aspiration for the women of Aotearoa is for us to be recognised as world leaders in terms of equity and inclusion so we inspire change across the world. I want opportunities to be available regardless of gender, ethnicity, age or physical abilities and that our leaders reflect our society. I want us to do better. I want to be part of a bigger movement like Global Women and be a change agent.
