Kerry Boielle
Kerry became CEO of TSB in January 2024, bringing more than 17 years’ leadership experience across banking and financial services, including senior executive roles with ASB, Kiwibank and Southern Cross Health Society. She is leading TSB’s transformation into an increasingly customer-focused, digital-first bank while remaining committed to the bank’s purpose of supporting New Zealand communities. Kerry’s deep banking and financial services background spans both retail and small business banking, where she has held numerous roles from leading customer facing teams in branches and contact centres, all the way through to product, marketing, running agile teams and delivering risk and compliance projects.
Sarah Baddeley
Sarah is a Partner and Board member at MartinJenkins and leads the firm’s Auckland practice. Originally trained as a commercial regulatory economist at The Treasury, she advises boards and executive teams on complex strategic challenges, organisational performance, public policy and leadership. Sarah has extensive experience across government, business and the community sector and is a member of the Global Women Board.
