Power Circle Online Mentoring Circle

November 10 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

We’re delighted to be hosting an online mentoring circle Tuesday 10 November, exclusive for our Power Circle wāhine.

This session offers a supportive space to connect, reflect on real leadership challenges, and draw on collective wisdom to strengthen your leadership journey. Together, we’ll listen, share, and learn from one another in a way that is both meaningful and empowering.

We’ll be joined by experienced mentors from our Global Women network who will help guide the conversations and ensure we make the most of our time together.

Anna Johnstone is the founder of The Female Career, established in 2019 with a clear purpose to advance gender balance across all levels of business and society. She is a leadership and career development specialist, focused on supporting women to build confidence, resilience, and impact in their professional lives.

Sarah Baddeley is a Partner and Director at New Zealand management consultancy firm, MartinJenkins, and Global Women board member. She offers a special combination of first-class analytical abilities and strategic thought with excellent communication skills. This, together with her wide experience, enables her to work with boards and executive teams on problems that may otherwise be confronting and uncomfortable to tackle. Sarah also leads the Auckland practice of MartinJenkins.

Dr Vivienne Hunt has worked in the food industry in quality control, research and business development roles. Her experience has covered a range of food sectors from dairy and meat in New Zealand to the provisions trade in London and more recently the nutrition supplements sector in Singapore working for A*STAR and Abbott Nutrition. Vivienne was an NZTE Beachhead advisor for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region and is currently a director of Nukutoi NZ Ltd where she works with Māori food producers and scientists to access SEA markets.

CEO of Global Women Katie Bhreatnach, has executive experience spanning industries in financial services, technology, FMCG, and aviation, complemented by governance roles across commercial, public, and not-for-profit sectors. A graduate of INSEAD, Katie combines global insights with a deep passion for Aotearoa, fostering inclusive growth and uplifting Māori through economic empowerment. A values-driven leader, she excels in building high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and leading with purpose.
