About the Event
International Women’s Day 2026 carries the theme #GiveToGain – the idea that progress toward gender equality accelerates when opportunity, influence, knowledge, trust, and sponsorship are intentionally shared.
This Global Women event brings together members, partners, and Power Circle participants for an honest, practical conversation about what actually moves the dial. Rather than celebrating titles or status, the focus is on lived experience:
-
What was given before people felt ready
-
What that unlocked
-
And what must be given next to enable meaningful, lasting change
What to Expect
-
Real stories from women and allies across business, sport, community, and culture
-
Practical insights, not abstract ideas or polished soundbites
-
Facilitated discussion that prioritises specificity, honesty, and action
-
A clear connection between individual choices and systemic change
-
Time to connect with fellow Global Women members before and after the formal programme
