Join us for our next Christchurch Members Event in February 2026 for an inspiring evening with Kaila Colbin and Abby Foote as they share their experiences of courage, leadership, and standing up for what you believe in. The discussion will be followed by an informal Q&A and the opportunity to connect with fellow Global Women members over drinks and nibbles.

Kaila Colbin

Kaila Colbin is the Founder and CEO of Boma New Zealand, an organisation dedicated to developing intentional, intelligent, and courageous leaders. Under her leadership, Boma offers transformative programmes, including the Crusaders Leadership Programme™, designed to empower individuals and organisations to navigate an ever-evolving world with authenticity and resilience.

Abby Foote

Abby Foote is a highly experienced professional director with more than 12 years in governance across NZX-listed and Crown companies. With qualifications in both law and accounting, she brings deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and commercial transactions. Abby has held a number of prominent directorships, including serving as Chair of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL). In 2023, she was recognised with the New Zealand Shareholders Association’s Beacon Award for her courageous and principled leadership in governance.
