Progress rarely comes from accepting things as they are.
Kiwibank was founded on a simple belief: there has to be a better way. Guided by it’s Purpose, Kiwi making Kiwi better off, and a culture that balances performance and care, Kiwibank believes progress comes from questioning assumptions, embracing different perspectives and having the courage to do things differently.
Join CEO Steve Jurkovich and a panel of Kiwibank customers and leaders as they share how culture, purpose-led leadership and a challenger mindset can create meaningful change for people, businesses and Aotearoa.
