Nick Traber was appointed Acting CEO in March 2024 and has been Chief Executive of the Company’s high performing Concrete division since January 2021. During his tenure he has improved the operational performance of the division, including lifting its performance in customer satisfaction, sustainability and innovation, along with a strong and improved financial performance.
Prior to joining the Company, Nick has held CEO roles within leading concrete and building materials company, Holcim, in Europe and South America. Nick has worked in several different markets over his career, equipping him with a global perspective of the industry.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Zurich’s School of Economics as well as Harvard Business School.
