Penny has 20-years of experience facilitating and coaching with a variety of organisations. She has coached senior executives through to emerging leaders in highly technical and professional fields. Penny’s areas of special interest are in leadership development, coaching, and personal presence. Along with her 9-years of service to Global Women’s women in leadership programmes, Penny brings a wealth of experience and intelligence to deliver evidence-based leadership solutions that generate transformational change for organisations and communities that women lead and serve.
Penny has been an active volunteer since her early teens – starting with St Johns (an Ambulance officer at 17), Wellington Search and Rescue, WWF, Project K, Various sporting Groups as a community parent and 14 years as a school board Chair across both a primary and high school. She’s a strong believer in it taking a community to raise a child and if you give you get! A lot of her leadership learnings and insights have come from her voluntary work and the amazing organization’s leading this in Aotearoa.
