Both the Barfoot & Thompson Diversity and Inclusion Leadership and Young Executive of the Year applications are open, until 5pm on Wednesday 15th September 2021.
Here at Global Women, we’ve spoken about how the events of the pandemic—and notably how its long tail—has the potential to either stunt or catapult the advancement of diversity and inclusion efforts and behaviours in our organisational ecosystem.
So now more than ever, it’s important to uplift, celebrate and take head from the incredible diversity and inclusion focuses around us. And what better way to do that than nominate incredible organisations making strides in the D&I space?
The Barfoot & Thompson Diversity and Inclusion Leadership is looking for organisations that are proactively taking strides to make their workplace diverse and inclusive. This through the implementation of innovative strategies and solutions which are specifically designed to address a D&I challenge or opportunity.
As for the Young Executive of the Year, this awards is designed for individuals who are prepared to go beyond perceived limitations for organisational and personal excellence. It’s an award designed to both uplift and celebrate the place young executives have in influencing, growing and providing value through directions and strategy.
