It was a great programme. It was great to expand on tools I already had and pick up new ones. I also enjoyed discussing with others in the cohort how they used some of the tools in different situations. It gave me a different perspective.
The perspectives of how cultural complexity impacts leaders was certainly a new lens for me. The bicultural perspectives challenge me in a healthy way.
The teamwork was phenomenal, and the experience demonstrated how leveraging our tools and the strength of the group creates a powerful learning environment.
