Chief Executive of MinterEllisonRuddWatts since August 2018, Andrew is responsible for the overall leadership of the firm and collaborating with the board to drive the firm’s strategy and growth.
Andrew has had an extensive leadership career. As well as being Chief Executive of another leading law firm, Andrew has advised a range of organisations in the corporate, professional services and not for profit sectors. His roles include being the Chair and CEO of the Rotoroa Island Trust, a founding trustee of The Education Hub, leading an exciting project for the NEXT Foundation in the education and conservation sectors, and management consulting for corporates and professional services firms.
A passionate New Zealander, Andrew brings enthusiasm, energy and commitment to increasing diversity in the legal sector and wider business community. Andrew and his former firm were recognised for their work, winning a White Camellia award for leadership commitment to diversity in 2015.
