Emma Parsons

Emma is CEO of Kotahi, New Zealand’s largest containerised freight manager, responsible for around 30% of the country’s total export volume. Before Kotahi, Emma spent time working in Brazil and Argentina, developing Fonterra’s export relationships and supply chain integration across Latin America. That experience gave her an international perspective on trade and logistics that she now brings to New Zealand’s export sector. She is passionate about gender diversity and gives her time to mentor and support aspiring female leaders

Rochelle Moffitt

Rochelle Moffitt is an entrepreneur, connector, and founder of Revved, a business and leadership community bringing together founders, CEOs, and changemakers. She is the founder of Decibel, a personal branding agency, and the creator of Sip + Share, a networking platform for ambitious women. With a background in influencer marketing, brand building, and community leadership, Rochelle is passionate about creating spaces where women, ideas, and opportunities can connect to drive meaningful change.

Jacky Percy

Jacky Percy is Chief Group Investments Officer at Pegasus Health. An experienced executive, chartered accountant, and governance leader, she brings deep expertise in finance, innovation, and system-wide transformation, with a career dedicated to creating sustainable impact across New Zealand’s health sector. She combines strategic governance with mentoring, role-modelling and service innovation to improve women’s health, strengthen women’s professional capability and increase the visibility of women in senior leadership.

Louisa Joblin

Louisa is a national and global expert on not-for-profit law, governance, privacy, regulation and compliance. As a Principal of MoranLaw, she is a regular presenter and media commentator on not-for-profit, governance, and privacy issues. Louisa is a member of the Wellington Women Lawyers’ Association, which aims to raise the visibility of women in the legal profession, and the New Zealand Law Society’s Human Rights & Privacy Law Committee, the Privacy Foundation, the Wellington section of the Privacy Officer’s Round Table, and the Charity Law Association of Australia & NZ.

Pooja Padma Sundar

Pooja Sundar is a co-founder and Partner of Dalley Sundar. She is one of New Zealand’s foremost specialist immigration and humanitarian lawyers. Her cases include supporting women escaping arranged marriages, families facing violence and immigration challenges, and asylum seekers needing innovative legal strategies. Pooja sits on one of the New Zealand Law Society’s Standards Committees and is a current member of the Law Association’s Immigration and Refugee Committee and is a member of the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association Committee. 

Shannon Hawker

Shannon is the Managing Director of Managed Services at PwC NZ and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She brings more than 30 years of experience in technology and service delivery, with a strong track record in building high performing teams, leading transformation and developing trusted relationships with senior customers and stakeholders. For Shannon, success is not simply seeing more women represented in senior roles, but creating an environment where women feel confident to lead in their own way and know that others are invested in their success.

Tracy Johnston

Tracy is a distinguished senior governance leader, one of the most experienced directors and Chairs in the primary and tourism sectors and regional Aotearoa New Zealand. She has over 25 years of experience in the Tourism sector, including a role as General Manager of Destination Marlborough, where she promoted the region as a tourist destination. Her vision is that all women, regardless of where they live – rural or regionally – can access the training, development, networking and financing opportunities they need to grow their businesses. 

Alice Pettigrew

Alice leads one of New Zealand’s significant renewable energy businesses, responsible for generation assets that play an important role in New Zealand’s transition to a low-emissions future. Throughout her career in the energy industry, she has sought not only to advance organisational performance but also to create opportunities for others by fostering inclusive leadership, supporting emerging talent and championing greater diversity in decision-making.

Anna Parker

Anna is Director of Parker + Co. Risk Ltd and a commercial insurance specialist with over 18 years’ experience in insurance law and corporate risk advisory. A former insurance litigation lawyer, she advises businesses, directors, and professional firms on liability, cyber, and commercial insurance risk. Anna also founded OnPar Society, a not-for-profit golf networking community in New Zealand that has hosted events at cost, deliberately lowering the financial barrier so more people, and more women, can access the professional networks that golf has traditionally gatekept. 

Nicki Sutherland

Nicki is a energy sector executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across energy policy, commercial strategy, decarbonisation and organisational transformation. Currently CE of the Electricity Engineers’ Association, Nicki is a passionate advocate for strengthening leadership capability and ensuring the energy workforce reflects the diversity of the communities it serves. Through her leadership, she has championed initiatives focused on workforce development, skills growth and creating pathways for the next generation of electricity industry professionals.

Gillian Blythe CMInstD

Gillian is a chief executive and governance leader with more than three decades of experience across the water, energy, infrastructure, regulatory, and public policy sectors in NZ. Gillian has been instrumental in promoting an increased understanding of the cultural significance of wai, including through championing nine Te Wiki o te Reo Māori language week posters, establishing virtual/digital training, inviting iwi Māori to provide keynote addresses, and creating the Hōteo Sediment Reduction Project short film (which won Best Short Film at the World Water Film Festival 2026).

Karen Boyes

Karen is an energy sector leader with two decades of experience leadership across NZ’s electricity & infrastructure sectors. She serves as Executive Director of the Major Electricity Users’ Group, where she works alongside industry leaders to advocate for an affordable, reliable and competitive electricity market. An active supporter of the advancement of women across the energy sector, Karen was appointed to Ngākau Hihiko – Wāhine in Energy, a network committed to strengthening opportunities, visibility and leadership pathways for women working in energy.
