A passionate advocate for diversity in the leadership pipeline, Kathryn has had a long term focus on empowering women to lead in their own authentic voice. As Mum to three kids, including a daughter with complex disabilities, she knows first-hand the importance of backing yourself to make change happen. Adding this to her more than 25 years’ strategic leadership experience in large multinationals across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific region, Kathryn has built a reputation in enabling people to thrive in their work and lives.
As an Executive Coach and leadership development professional, Kathryn specialises in working with individuals and leadership teams to invoke learning which is inclusive, effective and leads to sustainable impact and outcomes. She’s committed to making a difference to the lives of women in Aotearoa and the flow on impact to community and society.
Kathryn is known for her humour, empathy, courage and pragmatism. Originally from the UK, she now lives in Auckland and works with Global Women as an Activate Facilitator and Executive Coach for the Breakthrough Leaders Programme.
