How culturally intelligent are we? On Tuesday 8 September 9-10am, our Global Women team and our partners EY are hosting a panel with Mihingarangi Forbes, Bo Li, Monique Faleafa and Liz Te Amo, on cross-cultural communications and cultural intelligence.
New Zealand – specifically Auckland – is super-diverse, resulting in an extremely wide and valuable talent pool.
Developing and leading a diverse and inclusive workplace culture requires a willingness to embrace a new mindset and set of skills. The success of future companies is with those leaders that value cultural intelligence and build diverse and inclusive teams.
Global Women presents a powerful panel that will provide insights into how you can further develop your CQ and cross-cultural communication skills. The panelists are: Māori investigative journalist Mihingarangi Forbes, managing director of Asiaworks Bo Li, and chief executive of Le Va Monique Faleafa, facilitated by NZTE director of Māori business Liz Te Amo.
This GW partners-only event is a unique and essential opportunity to explore cultural intelligence, a skill that’s increasingly critical in leading New Zealand organisations to connect, collaborate and thrive in a global economy.
