We believe the most successful businesses will be those that cultivate leaders with broad perspectives which enable them to compete globally and attain the best talent.
To expand the diversity of thought across the Breakthrough Leaders cohort, we reach out to the regions, to Iwi, to our Pasifika and Asian communities to find emerging leaders. Since the programme began in 2010 we have partnered with The Tindall Foundation to offer scholarships to certain Māori and Pasifika recipients who had no other way of funding their participation. Not only has the programme expanded the horizons of each scholarship recipient but their participation has added a unique richness to the experience of the whole programme for all participants. This is a reflection of what we believe will be a competitive edge for New Zealand.
Scholarships currently on offer are:
1. Pasifika Scholarship

"The learning that comes from sharing real life experiences and perspectives with extremely talented and inspirational women is invaluable. The workshop facilitators, presenters and guest speakers are always challenging, and for this I'm extremely grateful."
