Victoria is the CEO of Callaghan Innovation. Victoria was previously the Managing Director of Xero New Zealand and was also a key member of the global sales leadership team, responsible for driving relationships with government, financial institutions, corporate and media.
Prior to her role at Xero she worked as General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Chorus, which has contributed to her 18 years of experience in the Communications sector. She studied at Victoria University where she gained her Masters in Commerce and Administration.
Victoria is also a self-proclaimed tech enthusiast and a passionate kiwi who loves NZ Inc. Mum and wannabe long distance sports freak, she is keen to give back in the areas of youth, M?ori, Pasifika, and empowering SMEs.
