Over recent years the business has worked through regulatory resets\, modernising systems\, and rebuilding after a period of instability. The kind of turnaround that looks like strategy on paper but made possible by culture. \nChief Executive Caroline Ovenstone and Chief People & Organisational Performance Officer Susan Lowe take us inside that work. DESCRIPTION:He piko\, he taniwha \nAt every bend\, a leader. Making leadership enduring. \nMembers Hui 2027 | Kirikiriroa Hamilton | Midday Thursday 20 May 2027 to late Friday 21 May 2027 \nWaikato taniwha rau\, he piko he taniwha\, he piko he taniwha. The Waikato winds through Kirikiriroa\, and at every bend stands a leader. No bend holds the river. Each one receives the water\, shapes its course and sends it on. \nThat is the leadership we gather to explore in 2027: leadership that endures because it is handed on. Tuakana teina sits at the centre of this hui. Each of us is tuakana to someone and teina to someone else\, and the strength of our network lies in how well we carry one another forward. \nWe open with pōwhiri and a welcome to the whenua\, then gather at Zealong Tea Estate. In 1996 its founder imported 1\,500 tea cuttings\, a crop nobody had grown successfully in this country. Only 130 survived quarantine. Every one of the 1.2 million plants on the estate today descends from them. Patient work\, passed down\, still bearing harvest. \nCome to reflect\, reconnect\, and leave with enduring relationships that lasts well beyond two days. \nOpen to Global Women Members only. \nEarly bird\, until 31 January 2027\n1.5 days and 2 evenings: $1\,400\n1 day and 1 evening: $1\,350 \nStandard\, from 1 February 2027\n1.5 days and 2 evenings: $1\,500\n1 day and 1 evening: $1\,450 \nPrices are per member\, GST inclusive\, and cover the programme\, venues\, catering and hosted elements.
