DESCRIPTION:This event is exclusive to Champions for Change member organisations. \nWorkplace culture is no longer just a people issue. It is a leadership\, governance\, and organisational risk issue. Bullying\, harassment\, discrimination\, and other harmful workplace behaviours can create significant legal\, reputational\, operational and wellbeing risks. Directors and senior leaders also face increasing expectations\, and personal accountability\, for overseeing workplace culture and psychosocial risk. \nThis masterclass explores how leaders can champion beyond good intentions to gain meaningful assurance over workplace culture\, identify emerging risks\, strengthen accountability\, and create safer\, more inclusive and higher performing workplaces. \nLiz Smith and Sandar Duckworth are the founders of Granat. They work with boards\, executives\, and senior leaders to strengthen workplace culture\, conduct risk oversight and governance assurance.
